A health services network in California is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to residents with developmental disabilities in a 16-bed home.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Not applicable
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotating weekends and holidays
- Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week
- Setting: Residential Group Home
Responsibilities:
- Directly assessing individuals supported at least weekly
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Maintaining and reviewing medical records
- Supervising LVNs and other support staff
- Ensuring quality of care by adhering to nursing standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Clinical Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with the IDD population
