A healthcare services organization in New York City is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Physician to join its growing team as Regional Medical Director.
Responsibilities:
- Examining patients, diagnosing, and treating illnesses
- Implementing strategic clinical initiatives and collaborating with leadership
- Providing education and performance improvement for quality care
- Supporting regulatory compliance and hiring processes
- Providing relationship-centered care and maintaining standards
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Unrestricted New York State License to practice medicine
- Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active DEA registration
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Experience in a Leadership / Management role within a Medical setting
