A professional services firm is seeking a new Red Team Tester for an exciting Remote opportunity to work within a Global Security team, focusing on AI model testing and vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing adversarial testing campaigns against AI models
- Researching attack vectors and prompt injection techniques
- Conducting red team exercises simulating real-world scenarios
- Creating adversarial datasets and benchmarks
- Collaborating with security teams and documenting findings
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Penetration Testing, Red Team Operations, or AI Red Team experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, programming, or related field
- Software Applications and Cloud Computing knowledge
- Strong skills in Networking
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across geographies
