An investment management firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Jersey City, NJ to support high-volume interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and day-to-day talent acquisition operations. This role is well-suited for a highly organized professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and keep hiring processes moving smoothly.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Setting: In person
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple rounds and panels.
- Manage candidate flow, interview logistics, and calendar updates with accuracy.
- Support the talent acquisition team by maintaining process trackers and related documentation.
- Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and administrative partners to resolve scheduling changes quickly.
- Use applicant tracking and office systems to pull resumes, send invitations, and keep records current.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Human Resources, Administrative support, or a related Coordination role
- Experience with heavy Calendar Management and high-volume Scheduling
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle fast-moving priorities
- Professional communication skills and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Financial Services or broader Professional Services industry
- Familiarity with iCIMS, Taleo, or similar recruiting systems
- Background supporting interview logistics in a fast-paced administrative or events coordination environment
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay composed under pressure, and manage frequent schedule changes
- Experience maintaining candidate trackers, inboxes, or coordination workflows
