A recognized services company in New Jersey is actively seeking a versatile and hardworking professional to join their team as a new Recruiting Coordinator.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (or 8:30am to 5:30pm)
- Setting: Onsite (4 days a week at least)
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling high-volume interviews (approximately 100 per week)
- Managing multi-layer and multi-panel interviews via Zoom and in-person
- Assisting with calendar management and tracking processes
- Hosting interviews and coordinating with other admins
- Ensuring smooth rescheduling processes without needing HR intervention
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous experience with Administrative and/or Clerical tasks
- Experience with HR or Recruitment Scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Familiarity with iCIMS or similar systems
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or a related field
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (if applicable)
- Experience in the Finance industry
