A services organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Recruiter to join their team and focus on Workforce Development positions, filling urgent vacancies, and preventing potential funding loss.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment strategy for various departments
- Ensuring hiring policies and processes are implemented
- Setting recruitment goals based on business needs
- Reviewing recruitment documents like job descriptions
- Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions and counsel as needed
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Recruitment experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficient with Social Media Recruiting
- Technical savvy with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle high requisition load
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of blue-collar Recruitment
- Associate's and/or Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge of Oracle
