A New Jersey-based consumer products company is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Parsippany, sourcing entry-level manufacturing positions and managing full-cycle recruitment within the organization.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 40 per week
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Directing full-cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing and offer negotiations
- Leading consulting sessions with stakeholders to set expectations and timelines
- Developing sourcing strategies and establishing communication protocols
- Managing professional-level requisitions across multiple locations
- Conducting passive recruitment using various tools and methods
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Recruitment experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Recruiting for Manufacturing roles
- Experience in Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- 7 years of Recruitment experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced certification in Recruiting or HR
- Certification in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency in Workday
- Fluency in Google Suite
