A manufacturing services organization in New Jersey is seeking a Recruiter in Parsippany to support full-cycle recruiting across corporate and sales functions. This role will focus on proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and partnership with hiring leaders to help build a strong pipeline of talent.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to develop sourcing strategies and target candidate lists
- Source passive candidates using direct sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and maintain an active pipeline for multiple open requisitions across locations
- Provide regular status updates and ensure hiring practices align with applicable compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Agency and/or Corporate Recruiting
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience managing professional-level requisitions and sourcing candidates for B2B sales roles
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
