A leading health insurance provider is seeking a Recruiter for a hybrid role in Chattanooga, TN, developing recruiting processes and supporting hiring initiatives.
***This is a great Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices
- Sourcing candidates and generating recruitment reports
- Providing support to hiring managers for all positions
- Managing recruiting sources and extending offers
- Coordinating organizational recruiting activities
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- High School Diploma / GED
- Stakeholder partnership and clear communication skills
- Candidate experience and customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and empathy skills
- Detail-oriented, strong strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a high-volume Recruitment environment
