About the Opportunity:

- Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for temporary clinical and non-clinical roles
- Source, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
- Entry- to mid-level experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Relevant degree or education
- Applicable certifications (if any)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with job boards
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
