A health services network in Brooklyn, New York is actively seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, handling psychiatric evaluation and medication management in a high-volume Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time (4 days or multiple NPs working 2 days each)
- Hours: 4 ten-hour days or flexible options
- Setting: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic (Hybrid with telehealth options available)
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of 200-225 clients monthly
- Providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Treating co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders
- Delivering care via telehealth and in-person
- Maintaining compliant documentation for Medicaid and Medicare
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in outpatient behavioral health
- Master's Degree
- Licensed PMHNP in NY
- Active DEA license
- Experience with dual diagnosis and MAT
- Experience working with children/adolescents
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Clinically confident and comfortable guiding peers
- Mission-driven and adaptable
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Underserved populations
- Experience with NYS regulations (OMH 599 and OASAS 822)
- Experience prescribing Buprenorphine and Naltrexone
