A health services network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide behavioral health services to a diverse, underserved population across various age groups.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Patient Population: All Ages
- Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
Responsibilities:
- Performing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Providing medication management and monitoring of psychotropic medications
- Developing and managing individualized treatment plans
- Providing brief psychotherapy and counseling when appropriate
- Collaborating with primary care providers, social workers, and behavioral health specialists
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Psychiatric experience
- Active New York PMHNP license
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid Credentialing
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent teamwork ability
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification in Community Health
- EMR proficiency
