Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments
- Developing and supervising medication administration procedures
- Providing backup medical coverage during staff absences
- Ensuring accurate clinical documentation
- Supervising and training staff on medical practices
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Current NYS licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
- Advanced knowledge of Psychopharmacology
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Effective clinical direction and decision-making
