- Hours: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
The Property Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing full administrative support, including phone support, report typing, filing, and distribution of correspondence
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and special events
- Assisting in lease administration activities
- Preparing and coordinating bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices
- Maintaining office supplies and other required items
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of commercial property management experience
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Payables Workflow Applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interface with decision-makers and maintain confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Initiative and multi-tasking abilities
Desired Skills:
- 2-3 years of commercial property management experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
