A health services organization in Tennessee is looking to add a new Project Manager in a Remote capacity to coordinate and complete large enterprise-level projects.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and completing large projects and programs at the enterprise level
- Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, summarizing project progress, and preparing reports for management
- Supervising assistant project managers and project coordinators
- Using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for project management activities
- Managing scope, quality, and cost of projects
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management certification (PMP, PMBOK) or commitment to obtain within 2 years
- Expertise in at least one Project Management scheduling tool
- Proficiency in AI tools for Project Management, like Microsoft Copilot
- Skills in Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management certification
- Experience with AI-enabled Products, such as Virtual Assistants or Chatbots
