A property management firm in Rochester, New York is seeking a Project Manager to join their Facilities Management team, providing construction management, architectural design, and code compliance support.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating work of contractors and interfacing with customers
- Managing building renovations and capital infrastructure projects
- Overseeing evaluation, budgeting, scheduling, and project close out
- Focusing on customer interaction, value engineering, and cost improvements
- Utilizing business systems for continuous improvement
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years in Engineering or related field or Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, NFPA, EPA, NEC, and Building Codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Estimating software
- Experience with Engineering Blueprints and Building Layouts
- Project management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Engineering or related field
- Certification in Project Management
- Experience in Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects
- Knowledge of Architectural, Electrical, and HVAC Systems
