A recognized entertainment organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Project Manager, Live Contextual, to support critical business objectives in a hybrid work setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: Long-term Contract ot Hire
- Schedule: Full-time, long-term contract to hire
- Hours: Standard business hours (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite, some flexibility)
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a single integrated roadmap across all workstreams
- Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Driving cross-functional status, alignment, and accountability across teams
- Ensuring teams are aligned on goals, timelines, and success criteria
- Running cross-functional forums with clear agendas, decisions, and next steps
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Solid understanding of Ad Serving technology
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira)
- Strong understanding of how systems are developed (SDLC and Agile)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree
- Relevant certifications in Project Management
- Background in Product Development
