An IT organization is seeking a Project Manager in White Plains, NY to oversee a portfolio of technology initiatives across business and digital functions. This role will manage multiple projects, maintain detailed tracking and reporting, and bring structure, organization, and steady leadership to a collaborative team environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 2 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned IT projects from initiation through completion
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain oversight of scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Track action items, risks, blockers, and open issues to keep workstreams moving forward
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare status updates, maintain project documentation, and support disciplined project governance and reporting
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Experience managing a range of IT projects in a structured, detail-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project scheduling tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
- Ability to commute to the White Plains office 3 days per week
Desired Skills:
- PMP certification
- Experience with Agile and waterfall hybrid project environments
- Portfolio management or PMO experience
