A leading media organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full‑time onsite contract role in Orlando. This position will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution following established project lifecycle methodologies
- Coordinate with Technology teams, business partners, and vendors to organize resources, define requirements, and drive deliverables
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes
- Communicate project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership
- Support requirements gathering, design reviews, testing activities, and scope management throughout the lifecycle
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure all requirements are delivered as defined
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working across IT, operations, marketing, or similar functions
- Strong problem‑solving, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
