A Long Island-based health services network is seeking a new Project Manager to oversee construction-related projects, ensuring compliance and coordination within healthcare facilities.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project planning and budgeting
- Managing multiple resources and timelines
- Inspecting ongoing construction work for compliance
- Coordinating with clinical staff and contractors
- Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience in Budgeting and Scope Management
- Proficiency in MS Project, Unifier, and PeopleSoft
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field
- PMP certification
- Experience with IT infrastructure projects
- Experience coordinating with Real Estate teams
