A financial services company in New York City is seeking a Project Manager to support initiatives across their Investment Banking advisory business.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end execution of front-office initiatives
- Partnering with Managing Directors and teams to drive the delivery of initiatives
- Defining scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
- Translating banker requirements into structured project plans
- Coordinating across Technology, Data, Compliance, and Operations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Private Capital Advisory
- Experience as a Project Manager supporting front-office teams
- Understanding of advisory deal lifecycle and PE sponsor coverage models
- Experience delivering initiatives tied directly to revenue-producing teams
- Proficient with Jira and Microsoft 365 (Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/SharePoint)
- Solid command of core PM practices, including scope management and change control
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with sponsor coverage or deal tracking platforms (CRM)
- Exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives
- Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank
