Responsibilities:
The Product Owner, Corporate Core AI Applications will be responsible for:
- Supporting product managers to translate business objectives and user needs into prioritized product requirements.
- Owning and refining the product backlog, including defining user stories with well-understood acceptance criteria.
- Partnering closely with engineering, design, and QA to guide sprint planning and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluating product performance metrics and feedback to inform iteration and roadmap updates.
- Ensuring feature quality meets user expectations and serving as the voice of the customer during development cycles.
- Working with product managers to determine trade-off decisions based on scope, resources, and value delivered.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related agile role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Technical or data science background
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with product backlog management
- Understanding of AI applications and technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to align diverse teams around shared goals
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product development
- Master's degree in a related field
- Agile/Scrum certification
