A leading consultancy in the Twin Cities is currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex business and system initiatives. This role is pivotal in directing clients' organizational strategies through various cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading full life-cycle business systems projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
- Developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with client goals.
- Facilitating collaboration among client stakeholders, client IT, and vendor partners.
- Preparing and delivering project status reports and required communication.
- Ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction through disciplined execution.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field (preferred)
- PMI or CompTIA certification (preferred)
- Experience with operations excellence and business systems
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, PLM, and PSA implementations
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean methodologies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Critical and strategic thinking abilities
- Demonstrated servant leadership mindset
Desired Skills:
- Professional services industry experience
- Formal project management training
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, distribution, and e-commerce environments
- Exposure to NetSuite and/or Epicor
- Effective interpersonal skills
