A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Project Manager II based in Maryland Heights, MO, for a long-term hybrid role involving mergers and acquisitions.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Managing, planning, monitoring, and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation
- Handling projects in the M&A space for the upcoming merger with Cox
- Managing project details, data collection, reporting, and communication
- Planning, managing, and monitoring projects from concept through implementation
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience managing M&A projects
- Strong knowledge of the Telecom industry
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Advanced degree
- Additional certifications in Project Management
- Experience with Billing Systems, like ICOMS and CSG
