A leading Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking a Project Manager to support HR-focused initiatives in Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA, or Pensacola, FL. This role involves managing a variety of projects across HR technology, operations, and business processes.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing HR projects from initiation through completion
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Pre-boarding processes (post-offer through Day 1)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
- Familiarity with Project Management tools, specifically ADO
