A financial services firm in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Project Manager for a great Compliance Training opportunity with their team in
Jersey City.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (35-hour work week)
- Setting: Hybrid (onsite once a week in Jersey City)
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing instructional materials for compliance training programs
- Utilizing authoring tools to create e-learning modules
- Managing relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Collaborating with teams to prepare and launch courses
- Managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate 360
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and project management
- Knowledge of LMS and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Organized and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Certification in Project Management
- Proficiency in LMS systems
