A services company in New Jersey is seeking a new Project Manager to join their Data team focused on the Claims area. This position involves collaboration with business and technical stakeholders for detailed requirements gathering.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Gathering detailed business requirements
- Working closely with business stakeholders
- Collaborating with technical teams
- Supporting Data & Information Management initiatives
- Focusing on Claims space projects
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Data / Analytics and/or Predictive Modeling
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficiency in Project Management tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
- Data Analysis skills
- Experience in the Insurance industry
