Project Manager – Change Management

A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking a Project Manager – Change Management to join their team in San Antonio, Texas . This role will support enterprise-level initiatives focused on driving organizational change, process improvement, and business transformation across multiple lines of business.

About the Opportunity:
Hybrid: 2x a week onsite expectation
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Setting: Corporate / Office Environment

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager – Change Management will be responsible for:
• Managing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Partnering with business stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and transition plans
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, deliverables, and documentation
• Conducting current-state analysis and proposing future-state improvements
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Providing regular project status updates and communications to stakeholders and leadership
• Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure collaboration and accountability
• Managing project budgets and assessing impacts of scope or timeline changes
• Maintaining project data in tools such as Clarity and PCM
• Facilitating meetings to resolve issues, align stakeholders, and ensure change readiness

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in change management or business transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies, and business analysis
• Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools (Clarity, PCM, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Desired Skills:
• Experience within the financial services or banking industry
Knowledge of OMBP operations or similar organizational structures
PMP or Change Management (Prosci) certification
• Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to management and executive teams
