A services organization in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a new Project Coordinator to support their Oracle General Ledger project, primarily involving reporting and documentation tasks.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning and scheduling of project tasks and meetings
- Monitoring project timelines and reporting status updates
- Maintaining project documentation such as plans and reports
- Coordinating communication among team members and departments
- Tracking resource allocation and supporting issue resolution
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a Project Coordination or Administrative support role
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Solid understanding of Project Management principles
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
