A leading services organization in New York City is seeking a new Program Manager to join their staff remotely, planning and coordinating non-IT projects, such as engineering and research initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating projects and detailed planning
- Presenting proposals and reports to clients
- Recruiting and evaluating staff
- Analyzing technology and market demand
- Discussing project specifications with management
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of production processes
- Proficient in Business Management principles
- Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Additional certifications in Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of Financial Systems
