A property management firm in New York City is actively seeking a new Program Manager to oversee various non-IT-related projects.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating projects and directing the integration of technical activities
- Presenting and explaining proposals and findings to clients
- Recruiting employees and overseeing staff development
- Analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand
- Consulting with management, production, and marketing staff
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Production processes and Quality Control
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Desired Skills:
- PMI or PMP certification
- Proficiency in Project Management software
