A recognized consumer products company is seeking a new Program Manager for a contract-to-hire position focused on SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation in Parsippany, NJ.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day work-from-home on Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining transformation portfolio plans and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Engaging with Business Owners to clarify objectives and scope
- Coordinating with SAP and IT teams for technical delivery alignment
- Managing third-party and system integrator coordination
- Supporting business readiness and adoption activities
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience supporting SAP ERP transformations (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Strong understanding of End-to-End Business processes
- Direct experience with Order-to-Cash business processes
Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree
- PMP or SAP certification
- Advanced knowledge of SAP tools
