A community-based supportive housing organization in New York City is seeking a Program Director for a role overseeing scattered-site housing services in the Bronx. This position provides operational leadership, staff supervision, and compliance oversight for a high-need program serving residents across multiple locations.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: In-person, scattered-site program
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for a scattered-site supportive housing program across multiple Bronx locations
- Lead and support a team of case managers, social workers, and support staff
- Monitor program compliance, documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
- Manage staffing coverage, incident reporting, vendor coordination, and budget awareness
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal leadership, community partners, and external agencies
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working with underserved urban populations in Homeless Services, Supportive Housing, Behavioral Health, or Substance Use settings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field
- Strong understanding of Housing-first models and Trauma-informed Care
- Experience with Compliance-heavy, Community-based programs
- Experience managing teams, addressing performance issues, and driving program outcomes
Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, and/or CASAC credential
- Experience with NYC shelter or housing systems
- Experience supporting residents with complex behavioral health or substance use needs
