A recognized services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Program Coordinator to handle its Medical Monitoring initiatives. In this role, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of the Medical Monitoring Programs (Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Blood Pressure, and Blood Sugar) databases.
Responsibilities:
- Sending out and tracking medical monitoring notices
- Reviewing submitted compliance reports
- Determining if employees meet the established requirements
- Notifying appropriate parties of non-compliance
- Administering enrollment, tracking, and status updates for pre-employment candidates enrolled in the OSA pilot program
- Scheduling pre-employment testing, evaluations, and follow-up appointments as necessary.
- Serving as a liaison between employees/candidates, providers, and clinical staff
- Reviewing and verifying invoices and tracking hiring status, and insurance as needed
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer savvy
- Experience handling confidential health information.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in Data Tracking
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
