About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Full-time
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a point of contact for team members in the education assistance program
- Managing individual cases from submission through completion
- Reviewing and verifying documentation for reimbursements
- Assisting with course registration processes
- Collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate tax treatment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Program Administration, HR Operations, or Employee Benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Experience with ServiceNow or case management systems
