A nationally recognized media organization in Florida is actively seeking a new Program Analyst to join their team in Orlando, playing a key role in supporting the adoption and optimization of the ClickUp platform.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Supporting ClickUp users across departments
- Troubleshooting issues with ClickUp functionalities
- Providing training and user guides
- Maintaining data integrity and reporting structures
- Enforcing governance standards
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support or SaaS Platform Administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to changing technology
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with enterprise rollout/change management initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools
- Understanding of portfolio management
- Experience with workflow automation
