Responsibilities:
The Product Owner will be responsible for:
- Managing backlog and refining user stories
- Ensuring alignment between business and IT teams
- Applying Agile practices and utilizing Azure DevOps
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers
- Coordinating to manage dependencies and prioritize delivery
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Product Owner experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with insurance or billing systems
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps
- Excellent backlog management and user story refinement skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage dependencies and prioritize tasks
