A media services organization in New York City is seeking a Product Operations Manager to help build the operational foundation that supports product, technology, and content teams at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and support roadmap execution across product and technology teams
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate dependencies, priorities, and trade-offs across Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Operations
- Design and improve scalable workflows, governance structures, and operating models
- Build and maintain intake, tracking, reporting, and dashboard processes to support execution and decision-making
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Operations
- Experience working across Product and Engineering organizations
- Proven ability to manage quarterly planning and roadmap execution in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment in complex organizations
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights
Desired Skills:
- Experience in digital media, streaming, content platforms, or consumer-facing products
- Experience introducing or scaling AI tools, automation, or data-driven workflows
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or Asana
- Background in platform or ecosystem builds within an enterprise environment
- Exposure to analytics, experimentation frameworks, personalization initiatives, or content operations
