A top financial institution is seeking a Product Manager Associate in Northern Virginia to support enterprise product initiatives to drive innovation and enhance the member experience.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 4:30 pm (Standard business hours)
- Setting: Hybrid (2 days onsite, moving to 3 days in April)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the definition and execution of product initiatives aligned to business and member outcomes
- Managing and refining the product backlog, including feature creation and prioritization
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative product releases
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Communicating product vision, priorities, and progress updates to leadership
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in product management or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Exposure to Agile methodology and product lifecycle management
- Experience analyzing data to support recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with comfort navigating ambiguity
Desired Skills:
- Experience within Financial Services or Banking environments
- Familiarity with Digital Banking, Payments, or Member-facing platforms
- Experience working with Product Management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO)
