A recognized media services organization in California is actively seeking a new Product Manager to own a next-gen Agentic Workforce platform.
About the Opportunity:
- Remote but must be commutable to one of the following hubs:
- LA (preferred)
- Denver
- NYC
- Stamford
- Orlando (UDX is main client)
- Miami
Responsibilities:
- Own the Agentic Workforce product area
- Define roadmap, strategy, and execution for AI-powered content workflows
- Build scalable systems that:
- Take marketing materials (posters, previews, imagery, video, etc.)
- Distribute them to 20+ tech ops platforms (e.g., Peacock, Netflix, etc.)
- Extend distribution to 50+ social platforms (e.g., Twitter/X, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.)
- Lead development of agents that:
- Plan content workflows
- Implement execution
- Perform QC and validation
- Drive innovation around vertical video transformation (e.g., converting horizontal video into vertical formats using agents).
- Partner with Engineering to build and scale agent-based systems
- Set expectations with engineering, push back when needed, and translate business goals into technical requirements
- Own the Compliance workstream for all marketing/creative assets
- Every item must go through manual and agent-assisted review
- Lead through influence in a fast-moving, high-chaos environment
Qualifications:
- Strong Product Management fundamentals, including
- Roadmapping
- Strategic ownership
- Stakeholder alignment
- Comfortable operating in AI/LLM-driven environments
- Super knowledgeable in the product space
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Media industry
