Product Experience Owner
A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Vienna, VA is currently seeking a Product Experience Owner to join their member experience team. This role will help drive the vision, direction, and delivery of member- and employee-facing products, ensuring superior experiences and alignment with strategic priorities.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite at HQ in Vienna, VA
- Shift: Standard business hours
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 40 per week
- Setting: Corporate product team environment
Responsibilities:
The Product Experience Owner will be responsible for:
- Defining and supporting product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Translating business needs into user stories and managing backlog refinement
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product features
- Analyzing usage data, member needs, and market research for prioritization
- Incorporating usability studies and research into product requirements
- Communicating product strategy and updates to executives and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in product management or ownership (Agile, Scrum, or XP)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Background in market/consumer research, project management, or strategic planning
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of project/program management methodologies
- Ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and influence change
Desired Skills:
- Background in technology or entrepreneurship
- Financial institutional knowledge
