About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office
- Shift: Standard business hours with on-call duty every 6–7 weeks
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Office and remote
Responsibilities:
The Product Analyst will be responsible for:
- Performing ad-hoc SQL queries to extract and interpret data from relational databases.
- Identifying trends and providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand functional needs and translating them into technical requirements.
- Supporting product lifecycle activities including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitating meetings and ensuring alignment across departments.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Timeshare Ware
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
