A recognized pharma company in the Philadelphia, PA area is actively seeking a new Principal Talent Access Partner to lead high-impact recruitment efforts during a crucial growth period in the organization.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions
- Sourcing and engaging passive talent using advanced strategies
- Managing candidate assessment and guiding the interview process
- Leading structured intake and selection processes
- Managing multiple concurrent priority searches
- Partnering with hiring leaders to define hiring plans
- Developing proactive and diverse talent pipelines
- Utilizing data and ATS reporting to improve recruitment processes
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the Biotech/Pharma industry
- Proven success in leading and closing difficult searches
- Advanced expertise in Sourcing and Talent Intelligence
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Data fluency with ATS tools
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a heavy requisition load
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certification in Talent Acquisition
- Experience with Workday
