comprehensive primary care for adult patients in a community-based clinic setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with one late night and one Saturday shift; evening and weekend call required
- Hours: Standard business hours with extended evening coverage
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Active New York medical license
- DEA registration
- Strong commitment to community-based primary care
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
