A healthcare organization in Arizona is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician to join their growing team in Tucson / Phoenix, focusing on senior health and providing high-quality care to the Medicare population.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to senior patients
- Managing a defined patient panel with continuity of care
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing chronic and acute conditions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams
- Completing documentation and administrative tasks within the allotted time
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Outpatient Primary Care experience
- MD or DO
- Currently licensed in the state of Arizona
- Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical judgment
- Patient-centered care approach
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified
- Experience with the Geriatric populations
