A healthcare organization, with multiple sites around New York, is looking to add a licensed Primary Care Physician to its growing team in Staten Island.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (one per Saturday per month)
- Hours: 8am to 6pm (one late night shift per week)
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume : 2 to 3 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
- Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care
- Review all test results and recommend suitable management for the patient, including but not limited to, preventive health recommendations and habits
- Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
- Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- M.D. / D.O.
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- ACLS/BLS certifications
- DEA registration

- Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained
