A health services network in Orange County, New York is seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician to join their team at their facilities in the Hudson Valley.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive primary care
- Managing a patient load of approximately 20 patients per day
- Collaborating with supporting physicians and healthcare staff
- Participating in rotating telephone call duties
- Using EPIC EMR for patient management
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- M.D. / D.O.
- Licensed to practice in the State of New York
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Proficient in Primary Care procedures
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Commitment to Community Health
- Strong patient management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational ability
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR
