Join a leading primary care practice focused on delivering quality care through innovative, human-centered design. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our vibrant locations in downtown Seattle and South Lake Union.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: 4 days a week
- Hours: 32 hours per week
- Setting: Outpatient primary care
Responsibilities:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits
- Continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds
- Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with additional relevant experience
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program
- National certification
- State license by start date
- Proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Effective communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to use technology in delivering quality care
- Passion for human-centered primary care

- Ability to navigate uncertain situations confidently
