A healthcare network in Ohio is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their primary care team in the Cleveland metro area.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 32 hours of patient care, 8 hours for admin
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Patient population: all ages
Responsibilities:
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Performing in-office procedures, as needed
Qualifications:
- The completion an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- NP or PA licensure in the state of Ohio
- Great interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and strong attention to detail
