A health network in New York City is actively seeking a Primary Care FNP or PA to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Choice between Upper Manhattan and Bronx clinics
- Setting: 100% outpatient seeing all ages
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (one weekend shift per month)
- Hours: Standard business hours with one later evening a week
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat common and chronic illnesses
- Assist with health promotion and disease prevention
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Participate in special projects and committees as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- New York State RN and NP licensure
- Board Certification
- Previous primary care or outpatient experience preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
